Comprehension: using the included questions and enrichment activities, parents can help their children understand the story, characters and themes.  We’ve created them as a jumping off point for discussion, question asking and conversation!

Connection: participating in project based learning allows children to connect to the stories through hands-on activities.  When parents participate, they connect with their children using the stories and crafts designed to compliment each other and promote interaction.  It is this type of active engagement we hope will foster a love of reading!

Creativity: children learn by using their hands and minds.  They will explore different mediums, writing styles and learning processes; and they will have FUN during the process!

Character: each child is an individual and each completed project will be one-of-a-kind!  Children will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment in their completed work!
